New York State Issues Final Guidance on Sexual Harassment Prevention Laws


All employers must issue sexual harassment prevention policies and conduct training for all employees

By October 9, 2018, New York State employers must put in place compliant sexual harassment prevention policies and provide training to all employees on an annual basis.   The initial training must be completed by October 9, 2019.
