2010-10-07
Charges brought by the OFCCP against the Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated have been settled for $495,000. The settlement will be distributed among 95 African-American and Hispanic job seekers who were denied employment in 2002. Coca-Cola will also offer employment to 95 applicants as sales support positions become available until at least 23 interested class members are hired.
